Junior RF Design Engineer

Experience: 1–2 Years (Strong RF Academic Projects Considered as Experience)

Summary: We are building high-performance GaN/GaAs MMICs, Front-End Modules (FEMs), and phased array systems operating at microwave and mmWave frequencies.

We are looking for engineers who want to design real RF silicon — not just simulate circuits. This role offers direct involvement in MMIC development from schematic to silicon validation.

What You Will Work On

  • Design and optimization of MMIC blocks such as:
  • Power Amplifiers (PA)
  • Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA)
  • Drivers and on-chip matching networks
  • Gain, efficiency, NF, and stability optimization
  • Load-pull analysis and performance trade-off studies
  • EM co-simulation of on-chip passives
  • Support schematic capture, layout reviews, and tape-out preparation
  • Assist in post-silicon validation and performance correlation

Eligibility

  • 1–2 years of industry experience OR
  • B.Tech / M.Tech project in PA, LNA, RF switch, or MMIC design
    (Serious RF academic work will be considered valid experience)

Required Technical Strength

  • Strong fundamentals in:
  • S-parameters
  • Impedance matching
  • Stability analysis
  • Microwave transistor fundamentals
  • Clear understanding of small-signal and large-signal behavior
  • Hands-on experience with Keysight ADS
  • Exposure to Cadence Virtuoso preferred
  • Basic understanding of GaN/GaAs device physics is a plus
